We are excited to announce that we continue to fund training for bursaries, and are about to start our 5th round of funding.  The aim being to encourage new entrants into the agricultural/rural industry and increase their skills base. 

These bursaries are offered to the employees of renewing members of the Training Group, ideally between the age of 16 – 35 as a priority.  We will also consider the more mature employee who has come into the rural industry as a complete career change "later in life".  The funding available will be a total of £5000, offering up to a maximum of £1000 per bursary, dependent on the number of applicants we receive.  Training needs to be done between November 2025 and October 2027.
